We recommend that when you purchase a scanner, you also purchase a Total Support Agreement.  Each TSA lasts for a year and provides you with the peace of mind of two preventative maintenance services as well as same day telephone support and next day on-site service in the event of a breakdown.  Many of our clients are in a remote location, so it is often more convenient for you to be provided with a replacement scanner.

The TSA ensures that you are well-prepared for your peak scanning periods.  On the other hand, if you scan consistently throughout the year and rely heavily on your scanner for business operations then regular servicing will ensure optimum speed and quality at all times.
